Next time UConn plays Fairfield or SHU in basketball, if ever, which they probably will, they should do it here, as both schools are in the local area! UConn would be the home team, and they would have a similar court to this. However, it would have the new arena name and logo.

Even though Fairfield doesn’t play here anymore, I think that one day, if UConn ever plays Fairfield or Sacred Heart again, since they are both in the Bridgeport area, it should be here. In addition, as you might already know, Sacred Heart is turning their gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, and wrestling into an arena. I think that if they get more fans, they should have 2 homes. 1 would be the Pitt Center, which is where all the women’s games, some men’s games, and volleyball and wrestling for both men and women would be. However, I think for the men, if they are playing either a larger team or an instate foe, they should have this arena as their 2nd home. So SHU would have both here and the Pitt Center as their home for volleyball, wrestling, and women’s basketball, and men’s basketball when they are playing a smaller team. Then, I think that if the men are playing a bigger team, it should be at this arena. Just like UConn, they would have 2 official homes. Wouldn’t that be cool?

This team put me on to college hoops. Had no idea college hoops even existed. I was a Mets and Chicago Bears kid growing up. I was in jrhigh when thsi run happened and all my friends were talking about it and the first game i saw was the Syracuse game and i was hooked. been a fan since.

This game was in Bridgeport, which is Connecticut’s largest city, at Total Mortgage Arena, back when it was known as Webster Bank Arena. One day, I think that this place should be where Sacred Heart does all of their home games should they get bigger. Originally, it was Fairfield’s home, until they got their own arena.

I was at the game the previous year. Nova annihilated #1 UConn in Storrs. Kittles was unconscious; he could not miss. 37 points. Btw, in NBA Kittles was never even an all star, while Allen was HOF. Ya never know!

......and then Connecticut won another title in 2014 Connecticut 60 Kentucky 54 final and then won there 5th title in 2023 Connecticut 76 San Diego St 59 final.The Huskies should be in the same class as the blue bloods Duke,Kentucky,North Carolina, and Kansas.Idk what do ya'll think?Connecticut a blue blood or there a team of thier own?
