He got rid of it because he didn’t like the Carplay implementation…wtf! That’s what concerns you? And you want a Mclaren? Haha… their electronics are absolutely garbage. It’s a factory defect that Audi will replace under warranty even if the car is out of warranty. Audi sent out notifications extending the warranty on the dash for like 5 more years. Very stand up for a car company.

The damage from repairing the dash makes a lot of sense to me. I dismantle for work and the way they over engineered every single thing on it, you gotta take apart a million other things to get to the actual part youre fixing. They really took everything that has been working just fine forever in every other car, and changed it up and made it as difficult as possible. That way they can get more money out of you for labor time. Plus expensive cars seem to be slapped together as cheap as possible. Almost backwards of how it should be. I drive a 97 suburban because they used to put care into vehicles and make them actually last

I've owned both R8 V10 Plus and 570s. Both have their pros and cons. Overall R8 is a better car and much more reliable.

Great vid! I’m coming from a ‘16 Subaru STi, and got a ‘16 C63. I was torn between the S and non-S. But I heard some people complaining about E-dif. problems. Has anyone experienced that? My ‘16 does have launch control, too. Not sure if MB nerfed the ‘19 model year non-S, and took it away? I can attest, my black C63 really doesn’t get a whole lot of attention - which is a blessing but also proves to be boring when cruising around. You don’t get many reactions, unless they know about the AMG already, or if downshifting a few gears with the exhaust open. Some things I would LOVE to have comparing my non-S to an S would be: - Traction Knob on steering wheel & extra drive modes - updated interior lighting (Edit) - the 9-Spd That’s it! So far not worth 10k to me. I really want to compare the E-dif to the mechanical LSD. Because let’s be honest we all want to hoon around in our AMG’s. I feel like the E-dif would make that easier with the computers help. But, learning how to tame a C63 with a good ‘ol LSD is appealing, too. Just not as user-friendly. If anyone is in San Diego area, let’s compare them!

Ive had my 2020 R8 for 3 years now. It is my daily in the summer. There is no other supercar that you can drive everyday comfortably. The only thing Id replace it with is a 2023 just so I can have it longer because mine has 20k miles. I don’t care about the screen. I didnt get the car for that crap 😂

The R8 is a god damn Volkswagen folks. It’s not a super car and never has been. Only an idiot would call it one. I laugh every time I I see them now knowing I will blow them absolutely out of the water. There are G82 M4s and GTRs that will put bus lengths on these cars. They were cool 10 years ago but we as an American society have moved on to better. Thats a fact. Like death and taxes. Shitty interior and a 6 out of 10 exterior. Total vomit. 😂😂🤮🤮
