How many years is the battery ? Mine is not charging anymore , when plugged green indicator. But when unplugged I still hear a sound of discharged , Could this possible a drained deadbatt after yrs not charging ?

I forgot my password to my ebike, and cannot figure out any way to recover or reset. It's a DYU D3.

Where is the correct manual ? The Instructions inside the package shows on / off button that not exist. There are no instructions for the remote control functions. The download PDF i found is wrong too and the Google Drive download on the German DYU page is empty.

I'm also struggling to turn it on, I somehow always get it on, but mostly the alarm goes off first 😅did you find a solution?

@@ClaraFrancken press and hold the button turn it on/off, double klick is for activate alarm.

@@doppeltegenkidama but there is no turn on/off button on the bicycle, on the little screen I've got an "arrow button" above, an "empty button" in the middle and an "M-button" at the bottom. In the manual that middle button looks like a power-button, but on my bicycle there is no power-logo on that button and the button also doesn't work. 😅

Hi, i just bought a DYU3+ ebike and would like to know what the P settings mean? i got into the menu where u can DIM the diplay light and reset the odometer but i dont know wat the other P-functions are and would like to know.

how do you get at the rear tyre tube given that the wheel is hard wired with no plug that i can see to. disconnect the motor ?

My cover is on the other side where you need to take out the pedal first in order to open the cover

When I arrive at my destination I want to lock the bike to something with a chain and padlock. On my usual bike I would pass the chain through through the triangle form by the cross bar. There seems to be nothing similar to pass the chain through on this bike when its folded. Any suggestions?

While it's not designed for the A7, and not a "bolt on" fitment, if you're handy and able to DIY, you'd be able to make it work yes :-)

Bought 1 of these 14 months ago. Is a fantastic electric bike. Powerful for its size and comfy as long as you dont treat it like a mountain bike. Highly recommend this bike.

We are no longer bringing this model in to Australia, however we do have 4 left in stock (in a retail showroom in Qld). There is no speedo / dash on this one but it does have a screen with battery charge on it. It does have cruise control though

Good review. Like the white color and app link. Being from BC Canada i don't see much though in the way of replacement parts and possible repair issue service and warranty convenience.

Hello DYU Australia… I am living in Melbourne where Police is aggressively given penalty / Infringement Notice to Electric Kick Scooter.. I received my fines as well.. I end up sold my electric kick scooter and thinking to buy your EBike that you advertise which apparently sell by Myer Melbourne here.. However When I ask the seller here: “Will I get fine by riding this electric Bike?”; The seller here cannot answer me.. So I would like to find out from you if your E-Bike legal to be used in Melbourne before I purchase one? Hope l hear from you soon.. Thank you

Hi Lucy, our 250w DYU eBikes are road legal throughout Australia once the throttle is disabled which is very easy to do.
