Idk how you do it. I can't get a single decent invasion. Usually a bunch of sweaty nerds with highly optimized builds. Literally cant get close enough to someone to pull off a backstab. Usually can get a decent bait in with lifesteal fist if they are being aggressive, but I almost always lose due to being seen to easily. Feels like the talisman and unseen form do nothing for me

I was invaded by a player like exactly like this at the Halid Tree. I wonder if this was him but my invasion didn’t make the cut.

Very enjoyable to watch, great skills... love the ninja mindset.

Playing invasions as a ninja has been the most cathartic experience for me. You have people like ChasetheBro, G9, and Steel who invade honestly and defeat ganks with pure skill and don’t abuse broken spells and weapons. They make the art of gank spanking look so easy but when I try to be like them, I get curb stomped by the comet/moonveil spammers, swift slash/blind spot spammers and all the other types of L2 spamming radahn armored brainlets. But you’ve enlightened me into the way of the ninja. Why play a 10 minute bullet hell with 3 man ganks only to get like three hits in, then go back to dodging again when I can simply wait for the perfect moment and cut down my foes in one fell swoop? I realize now that invasions don’t need to played “honorably” and there is no shame in using so called “scummy” tactics to win. To me, it’s so much more satisfying to play stealthily and patiently. Every invasion becomes a fun little puzzle in which you must determine when, where and how to strike down your foes. I personally use and enjoy your waterfowl one shot technique. I use a dryleaf arts with endure so I can tank and trade colossals with waterfowl when I’m being chased in a tight room. It’s incredible how many gankers just mindlessly keep swinging when you endure and don’t take the hint. Not only has my invasion success rate massively improved but my knowledge of the layouts of all the different dungeons also improved. Oh and the absolute best part of it all? Bathing in the tsunami of hatemail afterwards! Thank you, Sensei Ambient, for teaching me a new way to enjoy this game for I am eternally grateful. 🥷7

I made a bandit character and it was rough but I'm only lvl 10 and I'm in the Wyndham catacombs just trying to master the great knife, buckler and bow. Started attempting invasions because of these vids but I got a LOT of training to do and tools to gather. particularly poison moth flight. wow 21:56 was sick af
