I use Marine grease in my mud boggers

Second owner of a 99 Frontier with 56,000 miles on it. 4 cyl.auto single cab. Now, normally I use whatever oil is on sale but I am trying to see if perhaps it can help me squeeze out some more mpg's. Getting around 20 with non-ethanol gasoline which I prefer. I'll let you know the verdict.

I won't touch gucci oils. Chevron Havoline Pro DS is all I ever fit in my Subaru Forester XT. Flies under the radar but an extremely good oil 💪

I’ve always wanted to use Royal Purple in my cars but I could never justify the price over other products. I’ve always done oil changes before they were due. I just bought a new Chevy Silverado & a few months later a speed sensor went out & the truck would sometimes shift hard or not shift into overdrive. Sometimes there wasn’t any throttle response. So I decided I needed a transmission fluid upgrade. Just started using Royal Purple & changed out the speed sensor as well. Shifts like a dream!!

Every video that I have watched so, far says to use grease, and use the right one: This one confirms that. That said, you can bet your ass, i'm going to use the correct grease. 👍 ...... I'm going to keep looking for an individual that knows what they're talking about so that I can get the right grease. I and probably 98% of the people viewing this will be voting for Project Farm along with his commentary, but he didn't test or compare the brands that I was curious about. Any good Synthetic Oil is good. Even the cheap Amazon Synthetic Oil is recommended by many mechanics. Your paying for the name nowadays like, Nike Shoes

Royal Purple is an awesome oil and does clean like nothing I've seen before!!! Gets rid of some noises, engine runs way smoother, etc. I run the HPS version because my car is out of warranty and as long as you are not burning any oil, it won't damage your catalytic converter at all even with twice the zinc it has...1600ppm vs 800 ppm for warranty issues.

I always heard if you switch to a oil that cleans really well after not using something like that you should do a series of quick oil changes until it’s still clean after a few hundred miles

1987 Jeep Wrangler and 2001 Dodge durango both love Royal Purple, especially with 1 quart of Marvel Mystery Oil mixed in with 5 quarts of RP and another quart of MMO in the gas tank, you're engine will run so FUCKIN SMOOTH it barley will make noise when idling

Had a 2008 impala with the big 3.5 V6 haha. Running royal purple it made it to 300,000 miles and still running strong. Had to trade it in because the transmission decided it had enough of my lead foot. And thats with using Lucus transmission fix for years. A lot of life left in that engine, I would trust it on a 1000 mile road trip as it never let me down
