Thank you so much for posting this, as well as sharing the links to get the game + demo in the other comment. I played this game with my grandfather during my childhood and seeing it again brings back some very fond memories for me. I'm definitely going to be playing through it again in his memory soon.

My most favourable game. I have the key but not anymore the game by itself. Core Concepts does not exist anymore. Is there anywhere a link available to download the original game, maybe only the free trial version? I would tremendesly be happy to play the game again. greetings Joep

Safest way is to get it from archive org. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share other sources. You can get the full 1.0 version CD from here: archive.org/details/RichDiamond_201902 And the demo 2.0.1 version installer here: web.archive.org/web/20060113233032/www.coreconcepts.com:80/downloads/RDDEMO.exe Your key probably won't work anymore but if you mount the CD then any demo version of the game starts in full version mode.

@serious Csaba: your Walkthrough is excellent. each level has a splendid overview, you can see the whole level completely. When i download version 1.0 or 2.01 ? it looks as if you see only a part of the level. is version 2.2 better? I changed computer display resolution but that was not a solution. Configeration in Rich Diamond itself did not help either. How can i have a better overview just like your walkthrough?

@@Jujubes58 I think it's only possible in version 2. I played in windowed mode on Windows 10 and set game resolution to 1280x1024. I think you have to run the game as administrator then in the game Main Menu go to Options and change Screen Size to w1280h1024 and go back to main menu and restart the game.

Thank you very much Serious Csaba! My solution was after the update 2.x.x to schrimp the fontsize of the home display. It is wunderful to play again my old most beloved game! You can even play extralevels and fan games, wunderful!
