The energy is unbelievable what a great band so much talent

I am so frustrated. The Mavericks are going to be performing in Albq March 9th. The moment I heard that I went online to specifically buy front row tickets regardless of price and nothing was available on the floor section or closest to the stage. Im not going to sit in the back and mainly because my vision is not the best. Again, I struck out. I guess I have to wait for next year. The trouble with that is Im not getting any younger and tomorrow is not even guaranteed. To me, The Mavericks are musical gems just as much as Elvis Presley was to the world. Finally, my prayers and thoughts go out for Raul and Paul that they are completely healed and blessed for many more years to come and that all the band members remain in good health and spirits.

Good for you Sierra. So now I've heard you with Lukas Nelson and now the Mavericks. I'm also familiar with your back story. A lot of folks have come up from nothing but you really emraced it - travelling all over, busking,, everywhere literally riding the rails to wherever it took you. Gordon Lightfoot would have been proud.

What an incredible sound and vibe in this live performance…I was fortunate to see them in person this fall. Anyone know what amp settings the rhythm and lead guitar use to get that heavy, deep twang (seems almost rockabilly even). I have a Tele and a Marshall 50 tube and a couple pedals but can’t figure it out. Thanks for any intel!
