But none of it is your edc it’s just stuff you’ve decided to buy, a good edc it’s stuff you’ve used and found useful on a every day basis for months or years, you didn’t even know what was in half of the boxes before taking it out. How can you recommend something if you’ve never used it?

Hi there, I bought these items because I actually needed them and have been using most of them ever since. I thought it would be helpful to recommend things that I would find useful for everyday life. Everyone’s edc will be different based on their needs, so I'm just sharing some ideas from the many edc options out there.

Opening a bunch of boxes is all well and good. What's better is a video of how well those things stood up to 9 months to a year of hard use. I wouldn't want to give my dad something that will break like a Xmas toy.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm just sharing some EDC gift ideas based on the items themselves, not the brands (though I did research before buying them). I might do some long-term use reviews of these items in the future!

Thanks for sharing your EDC. In my opinion, if someone wants a less expensive version of the Spyderco Para 3: one should consider the Spyderco Tenacious.

the Para 3 Lightweight was my daily carry for about a year. Great knife.

Good job . 👍 What note pad do you carry ? I go with a pad from Walmart ... meets my needs .

Thanks, I appreciate it. I carry the Rite in the Rain Weatherproof notepad, and it's been handy for jotting things down.

I like your items . 👍 Prefer the Spyderco knife over the box cutter style knives because you can thrust with Spyderco . I carry a bandana - you have that covered with the bandage from the trauma kit . Other items I carry is sunglasses ( impact rated ) , and a gi poncho . If violence continues to escalate I will go with a small handgun . You did a wonderful job and plan on your channel growing . 👍

Hi.. good luck on your channel. I'm not sure about the 1st one, though. Also, the Jordan 4 Retro does get a bit of flak for being a bit uncomfortable.

I don't know much about the blade material, but I've been loving my Spyderco knife. I'm not sure if it has D2 steel. If not, I'd love to learn the difference between the materials :)

If yours it, try the banchan's sauce! It's a bit pricier than I'd prefer, but it's the next best thing to premium oyster sauce to quickly flavor a meal or even just veggies!

@@illuviium In terms of value, Costco is definitely cheaper than most grocery stores if you can look at it divided into meals. Most bulk purchases work this way, but it does take a bit more planning to make sure none goes to waste. I have a neat trick to cover eggs in mineral oil right after purchasing, they stay good for 3-6 months unrefrigerated! It seals the pores in the eggshell so they wont go bad as fast (like most european/asian eggs where they aren't required to wash off the outer membrane during processing.)

Love every single item you posted on here. The fair life protein shake is an exception though. Pretty sure the ingredients are not great, plus it's way more expensive than just mixing your own protein shake/drink.
