I chaeked your channel and I find issue: 👉Video doesn't have SEO, 👉Video Title doesn't have 👉Video Description doesn't have 👉Competitor keyword doesn't have 👉and you does not use video Hashtag. Yea I think this is an american thing where you appearently have to go through a whole ass gauntlet of tests and interviews before you get hired. Where I live you write an application, have an interview, maybe some sort of test and thats it.

It may not be a direct way to success, but it can help in streamlining your find for influencers, it's the use of tool hubs such as *phlanx* - it has collab tools, auditing tools and engagement rate calculators to start with
