You are not manipulating the information/data...you are organizing it so that it can tell you the story of what is happening.

Great stuff! For years when I am doing training I have said "I presume most persons in an agency are there for their ability to match coverage with exposure. Not for their data entry skills. Lets free up your time to do the things that drive you".

I always say "I want my AMS to be focused on the core insurance transactions and have a robust API that lets other experts do what they know to do. I don't want a jack of all trades, I want experts working with experts".

This was the best ever. And it works. I landed on his YT page yesterday. Watched 5-6 of his videos. Wrote out a script. Rehearsed 50 times into a recorder. Made 100 calls. Had conversations with 20 and set 4 appts. Some of these were prospects I had called before and got shut down.

This is all based on the selling methodology of David Sandler (if anyone ever gets a chance to listen to David Sandler's President's Club cds they'll hear the originator of this way if selling). That is not a criticism. It is the highest praise for Benjamin. Like David Sandler used to say, 'Selling is like being a psychologist in a Broadway play.' It is good to hear a new and current voice to this way of selling though and Benjamin has an entertaining style.

Everything he's literally doing is an updated version of the book which is the only David Sandler product I've ever bought. It helped me sell DirecTV deals back in 2018 as a new salesman. Now in 2023, I need to revamp my skills more than ever to sell my AI software & Marketing knowledge. Allah Hu Akbar 🙏

Completely agree w Cass about ITC. I had a free attendance...and in every session I said "This is not for an agency". I was happy that the only cost for me was travel and housing. Looking forward to the new conference, hopefully I will be able to attend.
