В центре республики Юлич раз за разом образуются какие-то сепаратисты, разваливающие государство. Думается мне грамотный правитель давно провел бы переселение народа из лояльных внутренних областей в мятежные регионы, развил в этих регионах спецслужбы и третьего распада уже бы не было.

i used an youtube to mp3 converter (cnv mp3), then I trimmed the audio to the first few seconds (using audiotrimmer) of the song. There should be an upload audio button near the top right in the create page. after uploading the audio, look for the 3 dots next to the song/audio and find the extend button. I describe the song and make it instrumental and then I click extend. i hope this helps!
