@@exploringtechnologies9 You are right. I looked at it and it turns out they are pretty similar effectively. I am new to this wavelet based technique for image processing. Trying to figure out what this wavelet transform technique offers in image processing that is not so effective in other available methods. will go through your lecture to learn more.

To extract features only, inverse transform is not required. If inverse is needed for some other objectives, then use DWT.

Stereo audio has 2 channels only. For more channels mixing, one has to go for specific multiplexing schemes such has TDM, FDM, CDM etc. For ex. 7.1 audio channels are mixed with Dolby. In such cases, u need to write program to demultiplex the channels.

1. First you decide the problem which you want to solve. 2. Let your problem is denoising image with wavelet filters. 3. Then write matlab code for that. 4. Convert that code to vhdl using matlab coder. 5. Load the program to FPGA. 6. The challenge will be the camera interface with FPGA.

i'm doing classify 4 kinds of animals, and using PCA to visualize 2D of data at the first step. And I'm turning all images into grayscale because it's much less complicated. Can you please tell me that if I do like that, i will miss many feature at the first RGB image ? and what should I do, thank you so much
