Stumbled across this by accident. Its melody, lyrics and video immediately resonated. One of those rare songs that you "get" or don't. No middle ground. Deeply emotional. Why it didn't strike a response in North America is hard to understand. Europe "got" it, I guess.

Cette une musique que j'ai connu lorsque j'etais encore mineur. Je l'ai ré entendue cette semaine ci en écoutant une radio qui diffuse des musique des années 1990. Ma femme ne la connaissait pas. Ici je suis tranquille et ca fait 3x de suite que je l'écoute. Une musique simple, douce à l'écoute, agréable à écouter à toute heure. J'aime énormément.

Plan 9 records held a midnight release for Ring ( and other artists) as by law they could not release the album until the next day (12:00:01). I was among the first in line and played this disc for hours straight before I finally had to crash. One of my all time favorite albums.
