Both him and ushiwaka are in the nation top 3 high school aces along with kiryu. I don’t recall the story even mentioning one is better than the other. Also bokuto and the guy from inarzaki (think his name is Aran) are 4th and 5th.

Dang, you know I never actually realized until that first clip how rude Kuroo was to Hinata the first time they saw each other. He looked at Hinata like he was a threat to Kenma just by being near and didn't say a single word to him. Like, I know he is a stranger from another district, but it felt like he was intentionally giving a don't-talk-to-us look.
