However, they failed to mention a critical detail: no matter how quickly you finish, you cannot get your certificate until the 12th day. I was on a strict timeline to complete my official test before December for a special event, but CE Shop is forcing me to wait 9 additional days before issuing my certificate of completion. This delay means I can't schedule my test as planned. Nowhere in their marketing materials do they mention this mandatory wait period. Because of this frustrating policy, I’m now sending four team members to a competitor and will likely retake the course with them myself to meet my deadline. Bottom line: If you're in a time crunch, avoid CE Shop. Their hidden policies could cost you valuable time and throw off your plans. Don’t let this happen to you!
