As far as using real human bones there is a scene in Poltergeist with real bones. The more you do to the house the more ghosts you release but be sure you have the lead based paint and the asbestos professionally removed so y’all don’t die there

I remember stepping on glass, it actually got stuck in my foot. I was like 7 years old so this was nearly 25 years ago. How crazy Spent so many summer days here. Even for a field trip. Affordable for us on the ne side
