Reliving those good ol’ days… bought my first MGB for my 21st birthday in 1981 and watched the MOT tester’s ramp go up as the car stayed on the ground 😁

I bought a 1984 F-150 with a 302, automatic transmission, and four wheel drive. The body was perfectly straight and only had two small patches of cancer. The paint was faded and the patina was perfect. I had it about a month when I noticed smoke coming from the dash one morning and before I could get back home the smoke turned into fire. I turned off the highway and jumped out as the flames erupted in the cab. I stood there and watched it burned as I waited for the fire department. Such a shame as it had so much potential. Sad to hear what happened with your F150. I hope it doesn’t keep you from buying such a Ford again. Regards from The Netherlands

Great job!! Did you have space under the car for an exhaust system? There is no space.
@DeeJaysProjects2 ай бұрын
@@19mati67 Thanks!! The exhaust pipe is under the frame just next to the rear wheel. There you have the least trouble with full compression of the suspension. But must admit that I can hit the ground.
