Try to avoid for erection of scaffolding there otherwise dry soil should be bedded there and compaction must be done and before erecting a scaffold ground integrity must be checked...

Ye galat hai. Volume me density ke multiplication se uska Mass neeklega na ki weight.
@Gaurav-sk1th21 күн бұрын
Mass or weight ek hi hota h kha se padha h bhai
@abhiendadevill912620 күн бұрын
@@Gaurav-sk1th tumne jha se padha hain lagta hai samajh ke nahi padha hai. Weight force hoti hain aur Mass property hoti hain object. Weight gravitational pull pe depend karti meaning it will be different on different planets. But Mass sabhi jagah same hi rahegi bcuz it is not a force and depends on gravity. Achhe se padh ke aao.

Control Measures are Here... 1. Flying Debris - Use protective barriers, guards, and shields around the grinding area. - Ensure workers wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face shields and goggles. 2. Noise - Provide ear protection such as earmuffs or earplugs. - Implement regular monitoring of noise levels and adhere to permissible exposure limits. 3. Dust and Fumes - Use proper ventilation systems or dust extraction units. - Provide workers with respirators or masks designed for dust and fume protection. 4. Vibration - Use anti-vibration gloves and tools with vibration-dampening technology. - Limit the duration of exposure through regular breaks and job rotation. 5. Heat - Wear heat-resistant gloves and protective clothing. - Ensure proper cooling methods for the workpiece and equipment, such as using coolant or breaks to cool down. 6. Tool Failure - Regularly inspect and maintain tools and grinding wheels. - Replace any damaged or worn-out wheels immediately. 7. Inadequate Workpiece Clamping - Secure workpieces firmly using proper clamps or fixtures before starting the operation. - Regularly check the stability of the clamping system. 8. Poor Ergonomics - Adjust workstations and tools to promote good posture. - Provide training on ergonomically correct working techniques. 9. Eye Injury - Always wear safety goggles or face shields designed for impact resistance. - Keep guards in place to prevent sparks and debris from flying toward the worker. 10. Electric Shock - Ensure electrical connections are grounded and equipment is properly insulated. - Regularly inspect cords and connections for wear or damage. 11. Entanglement - Enforce the use of tight-fitting clothing and require workers to secure long hair. - Provide training on avoiding contact with moving parts. 12. Improper Wheel Installation - Train workers on correct wheel installation procedures. - Perform test runs before use to check for any installation issues. 13. Inadequate Training - Conduct comprehensive training programs on the safe use of grinding equipment. - Provide refresher courses and supervision, especially for new or inexperienced workers. 14. Overheating - Use appropriate coolant systems to manage temperature. - Avoid prolonged grinding on the same area without cooling intervals. 15. Chemical Exposure - Use grinding fluids and chemicals with appropriate safety data sheets (SDS). - Implement proper ventilation and provide PPE, including chemical-resistant gloves and masks. 16. Inconsistent Speed - Ensure the grinder operates at the recommended speed for the type of wheel used. - Regularly calibrate the machine to maintain consistent speeds. 17. Inappropriate Use - Only use the correct type of grinding wheel for the specific material and task. - Train workers on selecting the right equipment for each job. 18. Poor Maintenance - Develop a scheduled maintenance program for grinding equipment. - Keep logs of maintenance checks and repairs. 19. Slips and Trips - Keep work areas clean and free of debris or obstructions. - Use non-slip flooring and ensure spills are cleaned up immediately. 20. Lack of Guards - Install machine guards and regularly inspect them for damage or wear. - Ensure guards are always in place before operating equipment. Thank you...❤️
