My vocals professor taught us some classical training that should help here. 1. Yawn with your jaw. 2. Try to let air pass through your nasal passage partially. That trick helps people who often sound nasally. Ironically, by resisting passage through your nasal, it makes people sound more nasally. A few of my classmates discovered that they weren't actually tone deaf when they learned that trick. 3. Try making an exaggerated kiss expression with your lips, kinda like you're impersonating Mick Jagger or doing the old bit by Jamie Foxx as Ugly Wanda from In Living Color. There was a 4th trick that I can't remember, but those basics are enough to improve your sound 10 fold. Best of luck, friend.
