Had this bike delivered earlier this week. Back brakes worked for 10 minutes now are completely gone. I’ve reached out to Volcon but nothing yet. How can I get this thing returned?

I've done it step by step twice and my breaks are still mushy. Idk what to do. I even brought it to my local shop and under an hour after they did it they were mushy. I'm not leaking and they checked the lines. I use my bike to get to work and whatnot so hopefully I can figure this out soon cause not having breaks is scary

Also do you know of any companies that make third party kick stands for this bike cause the one I have came with bad threading so I just don't use it. It rattles to much

Just about every day i commute to work on my brat. It's a mile from my house to downtown where i work. It's to short of a trip so after work i go out for a half hour ride to relax and relieve stress. The looks and nods come from all walks of life and ages. Just about every day someone is asking me about it. Everyone thinks its the coolest ebike they have ever seen.

Love the bike! Any reason Volcon doesn't ship direct to consumer for this bike? Dealerships..aka stealerships..are not the future. Save your sales guys for B2C and brand recognition...this bike is small enough to direct ship. I may even be tempted to join your sales team if you do. Best of luck!

You should add a rack to the bike where you can mount weights. I'd say an extra 100 pounds, 50 pounds on each side, rear wheel.

I have a Grunt Evo and it is the best bike! I like the three different modes, it does not need the two wheel drive as one of the modes you can put it in is like a low range for crawling. We did Moab and it did amazing and the best part is no oil, no noise and clean! Keep up the good work!
