I just used my Ebay gift cards and bought one two nights ago. This was the kit I always wanted as a kiddo. I'm a little disappointed with the changes but I don't plan on sinking him. I'm super stoked to finally have a diver. 😃

Y know personally I would have just made hands and feet, then the arms and legs out of cloth?

Does the new diver suit even have the rubber lining in it like the original one, or is it just canvas? I've heard it's just canvas from some people.

I'm loving this build! Can't thank you enough. A few things I did to make it EZ for me was. .. When fitting the pieces together, I used a very lite gun oil on the "male / female" connections so if I had to make adjustments or take them apart, it was much easier. The other thing I did was to buy a "PVC pipe cutter" rather than use a hack saw or hand saw. It was less than $15 and makes perfect cuts. Got it at a big box home improvement store and is so much faster and accurate than a hand saw. Makes perfect cuts every time. For the head, I'm using an empty gallon water jug turned upside-down. It's perfect 👍👍👍😎

Hello did you finish the jeepers creepers truck? How did you figure out the correct dimensions from screen grabs? Trying to build a life sized replica truck and I’ve hit a wall on the correct sizes.
