Dubai real estate sector is a part of a bad joke….. First they sell over priced units to buyers. To recover this money the buyer may need upto 8 to 18 years. Secondly thousands of flats sit empty since conception as neither are they affordable to buy nor are they affordable to rent. Renting alone is a joke of the damn century, not everyone can rent it directly. It’s pointlessly expensive and they need to take on a debt like provide a cheque as a guarantee. Once they lose the job they immediately become criminals as the cheque bounced. Its not their fault at all. Secondly its the real estate agent who’s getting rich mostly not the home owner. Not everyone in Uae is allowed to have a bank account and get cheque books so they cant rent either. What a total disappointment….

Me. Husain Sajwani has great leadership capabilities and really inspired by his vision and analysis every time. He built a ship and handed over to non trained CRM team specially for foreign investor. Even it discouraged me on further investment in UAE. CRM team is face of company. I had very bad experience of mishandling by CRM team in one of the DAMAC project. Where I was struggling to pay and damac team was not helping on timely or advance unit payments. Even no one bothering to call back even with lot of follow up even to pay payments.
