If they don't want to be part of China, they have every right to be an independent nation state. California has discussed seceding from America. If they choose to do it, America has no right to refuse it.

If the people there want to be independent from China, fine. I suggest to send those separatists to America while China keeping the land.

@@lawrenceyang9959 it doesn't work that way. You can't just bully people into submission in order to take control or maintain control of an area. That's the fastest way to make enemies.

It turns out that when a country is powerful enough, it can. Do you learn history? China is not being creative here.
@JP-wx6uh5 жыл бұрын
@@lawrenceyang9959 Power doesn't help when you have many enemies. The current group of stubborn old Chinese men who sit on the Politburo Standing Committee have been steadily leaving a very bad taste in the mouths of many countries, while trying to build up President Xi into a Mao-like figure in the eyes of the country. I don't know who's making more enemies the fastest, the U.S. after Trump took office or China's current regime.

I think bjork is very brave. Couple years before, maroon 5's concert in China was also canceled becoz one of the members post happy birthday to dalai lama in Twitter. However, he deleted the post later.

Tibet is not a nation that came from nowhere with rising of Mao Tsethung to communist power of totalitarian regime.Tibet goes way back in history.During those yrs,nowhere do you hear of Tibet being a part of China. In fact,we're 2 distinct nations warring against each other at times.True length and breadth of proper China was whatever holds within the great wall of China.Reason why GWC was built.U can argue my points without using profanity. Using profanity won't help us understand each other.
