Hands-down, putting the larger Indy seat /gas tank Changes everything on an older Polaris I’ve got every 1989 Polaris Indy outfitted with those seat and tank. Heaven on the trail

@paulcameron3567 I was just out that way at lantz corners riding Saturday put on 214 miles rode from lantz corners to cherry creek ny that was the first time I ever rode out that way. I live close to Williamsport pa we have very little snow

@paulcameron3567 yeah you guys got alot of snow from the lake. I never been to Erie riding might have to come out there and ride do they take good care of the trails out there grooming. When we were in ny side the trails were rough the clubs weren't grooming. The anf trails were awesome

Nice vid👍 We had a ‘85 ElTigre 6000. Fast, dependable but couldn’t get past a gas station. It was thirsty. Was a lot of fun

Dad had one of those , I don’t remember the windshield being blue though , but the Skis were , Dad always said ? When we have 3 inches on the ground , then we ride

beautiful sled ! I have the 1970 panther 399 , they have so much style , you have great snow , here in western Canada we dont get snow anymore , sad really .

This Panther gets the most attention when I ride my vintage stuff. They really stand out. A 399 would be a nice ride.

Very cool sled. I used to have a 72 ss 400 free air. I have a 73 fan charger 400 now. Werent you also supposed to stay on the inside of those ropes at the beginning?

The 72 and 73’s sure have a look of their own! The club unloading parking lot is behind me at the start. I really didn’t know the rope was there until I went under it. I was following the other tracks from the unloading area to the trail.

My friend had a 250 and 500. Man did we put a Shit ton of miles on those. Don't underestimate those 250's, move pretty darn good. The 3 banger 500 was a beast

Rubber track and drift skipper suspension. Like a para-rail that Scorpion used in the late 70’s.

Nice sleds. They made the 72 body style for 73 also. I had a ss 400 1972 model and I currently have a 73 charger 400 fan. Great sleds

I thought of that. Those old Charger hoods are a pain. They lift completely off and it’s too hard to do while holding the camera. I should do a detailed video for each one. Thanks for watching!
