In this particular video I didn't make the sandwich myself, but I did add Blue Plate Mayo to the sandwich- I do cook my own food majority of the time. And a shrimp po boy with Blue Plate Mayo is a regular meal in my home.

I'm gonna have to try this. I normally bake my chops at 395 but I always prefer the low and slow method when using the oven or the grill.

This turned out really good thank goodness. I was nervous at first because I did not know that the chops were supposed to be covered with foil while baking until after 15 minutes in while reading the comments. I left the foil off for the remainder 5 minutes and broiled on high for 5-6 minutes. I also initially brined my chops for a few hours so I did not add any salt. And I rubbed the vegetable oil on first before rubbing in the rest of the seasonings (which I doubled because I had more chops). Oh, I also used a griddle aluminum baking pan lined with foil instead of a glass pan. Just a few minor changes but still delicious nonetheless. Thanks for sharing:)
