I love this fan. I remember seeing these in a Lowe's catalog I used to have downloaded on my iPad. Also, I can see it has some inspiration from a Casablanca Venus by the design.

The house next door used to have one in the living room until it was gone after renovation. You can safely up the capacitor value from a 4.5uf to a 5uf or 6uf to make it perform better. Still looking for one.

Industrials in the US are spec’d to be at least 10ft from the floor as per instructions that UL requires be stated. That’s probably why it’s so close to the ceiling As per the wobble, yeah, they need to be tightened

Not gonna lie, I imagine the designer of this fan just took some old warped floorboards and some old metal cans and threw them together to make something resembling a ceiling fan.

It looks way nicer with the down light honestly and a lot quieter with that piece man it's noisy I would not want one of those really nice heavy fans with that piece on I would have both lights because that looks amazing together otherwise that metal piece with no downlight is stupid to me.

That looks like one of the Prolines in the observation area at The Butterfly Place in Westford. My dad worked there from 1990 until 2011 when the roof of the atrium collapsed. That caused the demise of my dad's Eskimo box fan which he bought new in the mid 60's, as well as the brown Proline which was in the atrium since it was built in 1990.
