Hey great vlog. Great music as always. So what a hike ! A few days ago we did something very similar in Khaolak Lamru national park which turned out about 2 hours. Small sandy beach at the end was lovely we walked back to the start Those roads can be bumpy 😂. We are at Samet Nangshe Good view and remeber your nighttime ride back in the dark. You either brave or mad. 😊 We staying up on hill for 2 nights. Views are amazing as you said. THANKS see ya !!

Hangovers are caused by Dehydration. I always drink as much water as I can before sleep after drinking. Never have a hangover in the morning.

Totally get the tipping. We do similar. We always stack our plates etc and leave tidy after a meal but you can't expect everyone to clean as well as the next so I'm Suprised at Singapore. Great vlog as always. Hey Lionel we are in Khao Lak The Waters then off to Krabi for another week for our hols.

I agree with the first comment by Michael. I learned over the years that drinking had too many negatives that outweighed the momentary pleasure that it gave me. My Dad tried to warn me that the greatest danger of drinking was losing control of yourself and putting yourself in a condition where you could be in a dangerous situation. Now, that I am much older, I have given up drinking as it was really damaging my stomach. Thanks, Lionel for this useful advice that I hope your younger viewers will consider when they go out drinking. Enjoy your weekend, buddy. P.S. When I was living overseas years ago, a U.S. Navy doctor friend told me that after drinking a lot, take 200 mg. of Vitamin B1 before going to bed. Also, drink water with it. Supposedly it will help your liver to oxidize the alcohol. Nowadays, I would just recommend drinking a sports drink to give you some electrolytes. 😊

I think everything in moderation I always Like to be in control of myself I don't like the thought I've not been in control I'm knowing what I'm doing.. I think you don't have to get drunk out of your mind to have a good time it is possible to have a good time without getting drunk. It's very true what you say about knowing your surroundings being able to trust the people you are with. I gave up drinking a very long time ago because I never really enjoyed it so as I got older I know please myself rather than trying to please other. Very interesting and thought provoking

Once I got home drunk. Put my wallet and my phone under the pillow and blackout. The next day, Im panicing. Lost my wallet and my phone, didnt even remember I put them under my pillow 😂
