Lionel, it's good to see another vlog from you. I would be quite disappointed also if I had to stay in that hotel. I think that you were given a bad deal. If never hurts to let the Front Desk know that you are not satisfied with your accommodations( of course in a polite manner, you always "catch more flies with sugar than with vinegar" 😂).
