What is measurement of these cut pieces on in which bases you cut down them ??
@GabelGreen4 күн бұрын
Suggestions: to simplify can use 3/4 inch gross grain ribbon instead of sewing the belt, and gather the waistline of the skirt attachment by sewing wide stitches and pulling thread. This way do not have to use pattern to cut panels. Sew by hand if it does not work out. Can skip the curve on bottom of skirt and sew closure 1/2 to 3/4 of opening on left side with enough space to slide into, and sew on velcro strips. The ribbon tie should be cut with enough length to tie bow, and on a slant whith edge zig zagged or stitched.

Hi @tintofmint, I just purchased the Elodie pattern and I was sad to see that I cannot view the video. The way it was formulated on Instagram or Tiktok, I was under the impression that I would get the video as well. Is it possible to just zip the video and send it out to people who buy the pattern? I am a beginner sewist and it's my first time buying a pattern from you. I would really need the pattern, but to be honest I don't want to become a member and pay at least 3 euro's per month whilst I might not be able to make the coat in one month..

Hi there, after listening to everyone's feedback I'll send a link to the full version to those who purchased the pattern. If you send me an mail to [email protected] with your email address and your order number I'll send you the link!

Is the back panel supposed to be about 1.5 inches shorter than the front panels? I've cut UK 18 and checked multiple times and I cut the correct size on the paper and fabrics.

Nice designs, but, I like a more modest look and to be able to wear a bra. Some backs are too low cut. Some bodice fronts are too low and revealing. How about 2 versions? Included one version that is more modest ?

That's member only 34 min sew-along video for my new Elodie Coat Pattern. When you become a member you can watch the full tutorial and see it before the official release, that's why you can only see it on the playlist as it's not visible to the public. Hope that makes sense!

@@Renata.Renee. To watch a full video, you would still have to become a member. All of the upcoming full version tutorials are going to be posted on the members section. I'm also going to post a cut out video of Elodie Coat there, so there is plenty of benefits to become one!

@@Renata.Renee. Yes, that’s correct! You have to become a member on KZbin to watch full tutorials from now on. The subscription is only a few euro a month and you can cancel at any time. The reason why I decided for such a change is that those videos tutorials are incredibly time consuming to make. Also it won’t be as easy for others to copy my patterns and tutorials. I hope that clarified some things for you! ☺️

Hi! Love this dress. I’m starting on my wedding dress, and I am going for a top like this but wanted to add some boning for structure. Do you know of anyone has done that with this pattern ? Any advice? Thanks!
