Thank for checking the video out, It was a Novice Comp so didn't have/need any of the equipment. Once I learn to use wraps and belt I'm sure I'll be even stronger.

Due to the ceiling in my room I'm unable to do muscles ups however the rack is sturdy enough and locks in position so there's not much movement.

I can happily say the rack is great and still going strong after a year of constant use. I'm going to do a wee review video soon.

Thanks for the concern, not to worry though. I've recently been using straps for deadlift and it's definitely helped with training. And for the belt and knee sleeves I've never used them. I like to keep as raw as possible and if the time comes that I feel like I need them, then I'll look into it. I'll be doing a new 1RM in about 5/6 weeks, something to come back and check.

@@ismetac well I understand people who prefer it raw, especially if you don't plan to compete. Keep going mate!

Didn't have to bolt it to the floor. With the cable attachment + the rack unfolded its got a solid base. If you check my 1RM video, you'll see in one of my squat attempts I had to dump the weight and the rack didn't budge. I'll do a wee review on the rack at some point if that's useful.

@@ismetac Yes please, a review would be great! This is one of the rack options I'm exploring but I've heard some bad reviews from this company regarding the welds etc not on the rack itself but the bars and safeties etc.

@@Nayr_uk I hear it in a Facebook group I'm a member of Home Gym UK. Only from one person though. I've seen some people have thier zero gap bench and love it though so maybe not anything to worry about.

@@Ashliano86it’s not so much if there’s a bad weld but what the company do when you point it out. Do they exchange the item with no fuss. That’s important.

@@ulfberthwar-bear154 from the little I heard about it on a Facebook group I cannot remember the name, it's a really good power rack. The lat pulldown is not of the finest quality, but considering its price it's still good value. I wish Bulldog strengt delivered to France, lucky British!
