Nutrition - Take protein rich food, Vitamin rich food, Mineral rich food. at morning have gaja muga, 3 soaked almond , 3 soaked walnut or groundnuts Lunch time- Leafy vegetables- Patra tarakari sajana saga, methi saga, palak saga, Drumsticks Have boiled Egg,. Chunna macha Egg white( if ur cholesterol level high), or whole egg eat (as egg yolk have biotin which is good for hair.) Evening- khajuri (dates) and Desi banana( which available in small size here) or some fruits (local) Intake of milk, cheese, yogurt Water intake- 3 litre Exercise- 45 min gym/yoga/pranayam/trade mill/ dance These days we r facing heavy Air Pollution - so one should cover our hair when going out
