Grammar rules hain... Table noun hai... Kitchen table ko modify kr rha hai.. So its an adjective. Basically kitchen ki bat nh hui balky table ki bat hui.. Kitchen ny table ko modify kr diya hai.. Thus, kitchen is adjective in this case
