Me, the other maintenance dude and the plant manager carry's this knife. It's a goodun. Lightweight, good working length and holds up to daily use at the plant or in the field. Just right.

Starts by saying he's not a metal fabricator. Proceeds to use equipment only a metal fabricator has access to. Just kidding with you, i used my cousins automotive shop all the time and got to use many tools that I wouldn't normally have access to. This was positively brilliant. I am hoping to make something similar for my round table.

Try putting a drywall screw in there instead of shims. You can easily adjust it. I know there are video on KZbin from pros showing how to do it.

What if it was wired with wetted voltage? If the output is sinking, the power goes to the bulb, and then to the output contact.

I had 6 outputs from a plc, these are nozzles that were opening accordingly as programmed. However, after some times the began to operate inappropriately. Instead of opening and closing sequencially as programmed, they began to open and close in a wild manner, what could be the cause, any idea on what i should do?

Thank you so much, just have one question regarding the 80HZ setting: can the VFD output in general exeedes the max operating freq of the motor and how does that affect the motor?
@KletteTech
@KletteTech 2 ай бұрын
Yes it can and it is not great for the motor. If it goes past the max frequency of the motor it will slow down and not preform correctly

Report back to the bosses lol that had me laughing my ass off! Just move the output to another open spot or just add another 120v output card. PLCs lose Inputs and output all the time. Don't make a bigger problem than it really needs to be. If you know the bulb is good, go straight to the output and check it there.
