That seems like such a cozy spot to be right now. This is the first trumpet meditation I've listened to in the new year, and I'm glad I get to start it with this. I may not be a musician, but I am an artist. And I've been inspired to approach my creative process a little differently by the way you put so much passion into your work. So I've been trying to focus on being a little less critical and get more immersed into the flow of creation itself. Well, I will right after I finish my psych homework (it's only the fifth day back after break and the courseload is crazy).

That's good you are trying to take away the critical eye you have on your own artwork. The trick is to just let it flow and not force anything. Play (or paint/draw) in a way that brings you joy and acts as a creative outlet for you.
