Cheaply built production homes that are way overpriced. I know. I live in a Del Webb. Trailer park quality at custom home prices is what you get. After you close, Pulte does their best to weasel out of properly fixing the myriad quality problems. Their contractors try to put band-aids on severed arteries, and often cause more problems than they fix. Pulte talks about quality, but they wouldn’t know what quality was if it ran up and bit them. Lying, making excuses, and shirking responsibility is what they do best. They’ll tell you anything to get your money. After that, you’re just an inconvenience to them. Most unscrupulous, greedy company I’ve ever dealt with.

So this home is 5 million dollars plus who the hell wants to pay hoa after paying 5 million dollars F*ck that!!!!! What a waste of a property!!! So the h.o.a. Is $1253 quarterly and a 2nd hoa one time fee of $2’084!!!!!!!!

Your videos are great. But, although your video is good, I am a bit disappointed with the number of views. I noticed that your video's SEO (Search Engine Optimization) score is zero and your thumbnail is eye-popping. Solving these issues will help your channel grow organically.

I live two minutes from this house and have driven by it for years. It's always looked lovely. Always thought the inside looked even better than the outside. Sorry to see them sell.
