I find the humans the issue in the coconut and monkey situation. All the monkey wants to do is eat in peace they not trying to harm anyone

@@rickybonez3751 thats another way of looking at this story. The story itself is trying to illustrate to you something about our human tendency to grasp onto things and (inadvertently) create more suffering for ourselves.

The points which are concluded after a long time thoughts and experience are really good but all these points are present and explained in Holy Qur'an 1400 years ago.

13:49 Darwin was right. Banana Nirvana. This man as well as all others who speak on similar topics, do not have a clue, really. Yes, mindfulness/ meditation is useful IF done properly as a mental break. But this ‘letting go’ that goes hand in hand with a ‘dissolution of ego’ stuff is downright dangerous for sanity. Another reason for which I am not fond of it is that it is completely divorced from the social. What is a human being? A solitary monkey sitting in the lotus position on the top branch of a tree? India is full of crooks preaching enlightenment whilst the whole subcontinent is eaten by rats both literally and figuratively. First get your arse out of Nirvana, clean your environment, wash yourself and teach others to clean, make sure there’s not one kid hungry and not in school, etc. And no, do NOT accept any thing that is wrong. This ideology is a trap.

He turned me off right away when he denigrates sitting still in meditation posture. Ignore it if you want, but sitting perfectly still and performing scientific meditation is the highest form of human action. Maybe the rest of what he said was good, but he lost me on that ignorant note...

JKZ's done decades of sitting mediation since the early 1970s at least... so it's not like he's opposed to it. He's pointing to informal practice beyond the cushion.

*Virtually EVERYTHING, every-single-thing he mentions here is from Vipassana Meditation which is over 2,500 years old! While I appreciate him for presenting them here, it would have been nice if he gave credit to where it came from because for many who see this for the first time, will think its all from him.*

It’s amazing how clarity and freedom shows up at just the right time. It’s the suffering that brought me to the openness to see and embrace. Suffering is necessary, until it is no longer necessary.🙏

What helped me is to stop trying to control how i feel. And the only way you can do that, is by realizing that you cant control it anyway. If you understand the futility of something, thats when it stops. And if you stop fighting , you have the capacity to sense being again. It is not an emotion but feels very sweet and alive. Live feels fresh and meaningful again.

Please talk about programming people in our days. I’m very unlucky to get demonic follow up. I’m a US physician, have practiced, wrote books. I made one wrong step- spent time in the ashram of Derek O’Neill, So called Creacon Lodge, he has attached to me. He hasn’t detached since, maybe he likes to use my medical information. Does demonic work. I tried to call police on his demonic techniques prema agni and rising star, he can really break into personal space if he know your energy from workshops. It’s a horror, life worse than in a thriller. I’ve been praying, I love mother Mary and Jesus, it’s impossible for me to stop demonism. Very sad.
