As a dealership tech the last thing I'd ever do is mess with the wiring of safety sensors. I've had to diag so many radar sensors that have been repaired or extended. And the customers always upset at the cost of the new harness.

Not at all, icon is pretending they’ve created properly functioning live suspension. If you compare a true tuned suspension(not live) to this, it’s junk. If you compare it to the braptor, raptor and TRX, it’s not even in the same world. Those are vehicles have 100s of hours of testing in the exact vehicle setup that you get and you don’t need to jack around with your phone. Also, icon really isn’t in the same ballpark as fox and king when it comes to ride quality in the first. For the price, you can add bump stops up front and a 3.0 bypass out back.

On Icon’s website, they mention stock wheels will not fit and recommend 0 offset wheels Did you guys notice any rubbing or issues with the stock wheels?

The stock wheels did slightly contact the reservoirs when turning sharp. We were planning an aftermarket wheel already the customer was just trying to nail one down. We ended up putting an aftermarket wheel on it shortly after 👍🏻

Great video - what was the wheel offset on the tuck and was it on 37s? Any rubbing on that crazy super single? Trying to put a 38x15.5x24 on 14inch wide -76 wheels on the F450 with 6 inch lift...dont want crazy trimming however. Thoughts?

The white F450 at the end is our personal truck. It's an 8" lift with 26x14 and 38x1550 up front. It required some light trimming and the bumper to be spaced forward. This fitment on a 6" lift will need aggressive trimming and bumper spaced.

@@twobrotherstireauto I see... Thank you boss. It's a beautiful truck. Been thinking on an 8inch lift but need some practicality so going a BDS Fox coilovers 6 inch system with reservoirs on the back. I will then stick with 24x12 with a negative 44 offset on the front super single.

I have 38x13.5x24 Toyo RT Trails on, and I see very minimal gap between the two rear tire side lugs and was thinking if I should put a 1/4" 10 lug spacer between the dually wheels, to avoid any failure due to tire rubbing on load.

I normally don't like wheels that big, but this dually really pulls them off nicely. The gladiators probably help. Are they loud going down the road? If you don't mind me asking, what sort of cost (ballpark) are people looking at for this kind of work (leveling kit, wheels/tires, labor, etc.)? I love the F450, but those 19.5 wheels and commercial tires are terrible. If I bought a new F450, the first thing I'd do after driving it off the lot is level it and switch out the tires and wheels. Gotta admit, I was surprised you got 37s under there with just a level and a tiny bit of trimming. Well, I guess you moved the front bumper 0.75 inches as well, but still. Do y'all re-calibrate the speedometer after something like this? I know I'm late to this one, but I gotta say, beautifully done. Really nice looking truck.

Thanks for the kind words! Cost of something similar will really depend on the wheels as they can vary a good bit. A good budget for a similar setup (forged wheels) is ~$12-14k for everything shown.

When are you going to do the color match on the white raptor. I went through all your videos could not find it. I love the 22-in rims I use mine for the street I have a 21 same color white. I plan putting bigger turbos and intercooler and tune on e85 with proper injectors. and cold air induction..should be faster than the raptor r.
