Is there a way to set up project templates that contain tasks so that you don't have to create the same X number of tasks over and over again for projects that are the same every time?

@@sheetifycrm Just figured out how to do that but I see it only accepts the task names. Wouldn't it be amazing if you could paste a whole sheet of data and have task names, assignees, due date, and project name association?

Hi.. your video is good but Im maintaining a sheets with 46 columns & 4000 rows increasing daily. If I make any automation or any dashboard it will slow down a lot. Worsening when I convert to tables. Every entry is taking time when converted to tables. Any suggestions?

@ We do not have a tutorial on this in particular. However, all you need to do is log into the Google account you want to use to send emails from inside the Sheetify CRM templates.

Hey! Yes it sure can! The emails are campaigns, however, if you want to engage in a thread you just need to jump into your gmail following the campaigns being sent.

You can sync all incoming calls from Google Phone App or your default Phone App to this sheet. Those who do this will not need to write them down in Task App. If every phone call automatically comes to this sheet, you can write down a little list of why the call was made.

Hey Steve! The very first time you setup Sheetify it can take at most 30 seconds. If you still do not see it, make sure to re-open the template and try again.

Does this crm work properly with Mobil app of google sheets ? Add ons do not seem to work the same way as they do on the desktop browser version of Google sheets . Being a field service business, desktop apps are more or less useless for my process 🤷

Hey! Yes you can use the Google Sheets app. However, it only works for data entry etc. If you want to use email marketing and other features you can only work these in the web version.

@@sheetifycrm That is what I was thinking, I might need to make the website again, only this time I will be ready to do a better job. The next time I will need to compress and optimize all the pics that I use to the correct size so that it fits perfect in the space verses a pic that over expands the box or space that it fits in. I will also need to keep better track of how many times I embed the ALT Text words in my website so to not over flood the page.

@@sheetifycrm I was able to get the lines to go away, I had to re-right the text twice and the lines are gone. I do not know if it had anything to do with me looking at in preview mode or if I just solved a problem some unknown way? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Would there be a way for a customer to pay by clicking somewhere on the invoice? Could we add a payment link or button.. to the invoice- the google doc itself, so that when we do send the invoice its on there and the customer can pay directly from there?

Nice work. If people, sales workers, only understood how great Google sheets is for crms. Most paid crms are good don’t get me wrong but your not able to be as flexible with naming/organizing tabs efficiently to your specific sales mgmt.
