Its very hard to explain but I will try, First I used a repeating command block to teleport me 0.07 blocks in 1 direction facing a specific block and in the second part I teleported an armor stand slowly up to make the camera slowly tilt up, then at the last part I just used another repeating command block to teleport me to a specific location facing a specific block repeatedly, and the blocks on the outside of the elevator are animated to look like its going up, therefore it looks like the elevator is falling.
