Hey Jeremy, BEAUTIFUL house ⭐️! I’m looking for some recommendations for title companies on Oahu that handle single/ double closings and assignment of contracts (Wholesale friendly). I’d really appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thanks so much for your help!
@thejeremymateo24 күн бұрын
I would definitely go with Ridge Vuong or Pam Sato. Both at Title Guaranty! I've worked with both and they are both wholesale friendly :)

Hi Jeremy! I just came across your channel, and what you're doing is inspiring. I am currently learning and planning to do some house flips, myself, and these kinds of videos are helpful. Anyway, God bless on your flip & I hope it will turn out to be an awesome home for someone, and a profitable one for you.

Well buying a car from someone is mostly a problem, people sell cars for reason 90% because something is wrong with it. I bought Mercedes while i went get cash in my bank guy had his “friend “ mechanic clearing the codes and engine light when i got back i said i want to hear the engine again i had 5 Mercedes cars before sounded too rough for Mercedes, he said “ stop wasting my time you already test drove the car” Sure enough took money and on my way home engine light on . Did free check engine at Orayley fuel pump and 2 pulley bad i went to Mercedes dealership so i get the diagnostic proof but Mercedes charge $209 to do diagnostic even you tell them what’s exactly WRONG with the car!! Me stupid thinking previous owner pays for it or at least 1/2 i end up paying 100% plus the diagnostic $209 plus $2500 . I was thinking if do turo or uber id buy new jeep and write it off taxes and have warranty on the car . Best is probably new KIA or Hyundai they give you 10 years or 100 k warranty. I think Mercedes only have 4 years 50 k miles warranty.. Id get jeep so i can also go places in Hawaii with my convertible Mercedes I can’t even go over the speed bumps 🙃🤪

Way more worth it compared to LA Hollywood hills houses that reach 4 million+ price tag, for the view of hills, not as bad as California crime place and plus pool, this is good property!

Doesn't matter how much u study, the questions are so hard and nothing that u were able to study for!!! U have to be Steven Hawkins smart to pass test, they keep getting harder and harder, it's complete BS!
@paulareger919511 ай бұрын
My experience so far really tells me that the whole testing thing is a easy way for the commission to make money off of people the questions are so ridiculously hard and worded so it's completely hard to even understand questions! It's stupid. It's real estate, not trying to become a brain surgeon! And they don't tell u which questions u get wrong! More BS! Money scam!

Man I cannot stand a messy job site, it's so much better when you keep things clean and well organized. I can't even imagine what their homes look like😂 ,probably pizza boxes piled up and the sink over flowing with dirty dishes.

There's a lot to like in that place, but I have to ask: what is with all the stark whiteness? Walls, countertops, ceiling, even furniture: white on white on white on white. And it isn't just this place; most houses and condos I see on KZbin have this stark white thing going on. This place isn't even the worst offender; a couple of the other places are like this but even the cabinets and drawers and FLOOR are stark white. I'd be afraid to set an egg down in these places: I'd never be able to find it again. A kid could throw a white sheet over his his head, pretend to be a ghost, and be effectively invisible. And it's everywhere. White on white on white on white on white.
