Of course green tek deserved it. He was so disrespectful and unprofessional as a judge. This is an honor to be a judge. He didn't take his job seriously. Violence is never the answer. Larry was standing up for his brother and himself. I freakin love this man!!!! Larry lady 4 eva!!! 💜💜💜💜

Not normally a dancing aficionado but pleasantly surprised you drew your video inspiration from Rick Beato. Wish youtube would suggest this kind of stuff on my home page more instead of rage bait I repeatedly engage to not recommend nor interested.

I remember watching the battle with my friends during my freshman year in high school and we were so pumped at seeing you two battle it out. Thank you for sharing that story about ego as a young guy and the reflection looking back all those years ago. It’s cool to finally hear the behind the scenes, and thanks for being a part of mine and my friends childhood🤙🏼

That move "so many bit" was done already as as early as beboppers and Fred Astaire even. 70's poppers and lockers. Many house dancers in the early 1990's utilized it as well. (Where I imagine he was influenced by.) Nothing very new under the sun brotha... Only new flavors and takes.

OG vid among other things when I was growing up, cant think of the name of the movie he was in it though. But I was always into dancing cuz I can do the slides moon walk, airwalk, etc. really well because I practiced them a lot, I can do other footwork well too like various shuffles but I never practiced them so I just would bust them out when I could 'feel' it. But what made me give it up was the strobing. I tried and tried and tried, and I could never get it. I mean I tried for probably a whole year maybe 2, but I couldnt get it and it was the thing that I thought was the most unreal move I had ever seen. I can do slides all day and people are impressed, but the second I try strobing people aren't impressed. I even came back a few years later after youtube got more popular and watch other people trying to teach strobing and also trying to strobe themselves. Not a single one could replicate David. I stopped dancing pretty much all together cuz I never know what service im on, and it was usually concrete cuz we were just kids, and since slides were my thing, every misplaced weight over time would just wreck my shoes, plus I skated back then too lol. But David and strobing are something I dont think we will ever see again. I don't know how he does it so well but I have yet to see anyone come slightly close. David not really a dancer though, hes an artist who uses dancing to display his art. The songs he chooses are all stuff like alternative trance style boards of canada, clams casino, that type of sound. It really compliments his style. Also the second clip of him in this video is a song slowed down, can't find the slowed version or remember the name, but the artist is something like Aetue or something weird.
