Thanks! There's actually been a few days over the last 37 days that I may not have run.. if I had not been posting online. When you see people are watching it's definitely a bit more motivating :) So start there.. and start at a daily mileage you know for a fact you won't have too much of a problem with but also something that will kinda challenge you.
