i've seen some riders using gravel bike inside the park. just not sure what trails they're taking. adaptive trails are for riders who can't ride regular bikes (hand bikes, recumbent, etc...)

it is. it's only over an hour drive from me. and they have a camping area so it's worth it. will defintely come back there

i would say just be yourself. at first i wasnt sure of how im gonna start. should i talk or should i just show the ride video. talkingvalone while riding seems weird at the first time, till you realize its not that bad. just have fun out there. tell them short stories, tell them avout the trail.

i searched markham beginners, intermediate and expert trails and only seen one video of each so i decided to make a quick loop showing how the greens, blues, blacks and red are. for future riders that want to start mountain biking

havent been in qw for a while. and i was surprised at how much trail was done since then.

buffalo creek's a nice warm up for weed patch. alot of climbing. but its all worth it for the descent.
