Sky electric is worse as regards backup beyond warranty. Five years ago We got two 5 KW systems installed in our houses in Lahore and Multan. Now their battery pack is expired and the company has refused to replace it saying that those batteries are not one manufactured. Despite the fact that the company has charged Rs 18000 per year for maintenance after the first two years, they are forcing their clients to purchase new inverter along with power pack at an exorbitant price of over one million rupees. Pl see that About 50 of their clients have sued the company only in Lahore. Better stay away from it.
