Attraction intern for this summer here. I was wondering are they typically flexible in allowing you to do more than just ride ups and the “typical full time people stuff” or do they tend to let you branch out. I was hoping to learn more of the ends and outs of what management does and learn for a career in that rather than just ride ops.

There should be a attraction instead of dinosaur that you need to go on and as you can’t get back you exit in a small camp that is dinoland

@@FatFiber8096 As long as the statue of Aladar is kept somewhere in the park to honor the past. Thats fine. Could you imagine if the giant snake we encounter is a feathered serpent? Would be the perfect place to showcase another mythological animal.

The Pigeon Forge Beyond the Lens location used to a be a weird blend of family-friendly activities and true crime exhibits. Like, exhibits on the OJ case and JonBenet Ramsey.

As a Canadian (specifically Ontario) Clifton Hill at Niagara Falls will always be nostalgic to me. It’s so charmingly tacky. Nothing hits quite like a Burger King with a giant Frankenstein and a roller coaster on the roof.

Ahhh, I went to ripleys in Pigeon Forge and the wax figures freaked me out so much. I was 20, so I don’t even have the excuse of being a kid. I was always used to to tourist traps in Pegoen Forge and I remember being so confused when I saw things like wonderworks in other places. Also, touching on beyond the lens, when it opened up because of some of the distasteful news stories, like child abuse.

Wait, there were child abuse cases at Beyond the Lens????? Dang, I wish I'd researched them a bit more, that would've been an absolutely wild addition

@TheOtherNathan I think it the Micheal Jackson part, where he was holding his kid over a rail. I haven't seen it, I just remember the article. It wasnt a super great paper, I just thought it was interesting. Great Video btw

Also leaving a comment to boost the algorithm. One suggestion- you may want to lower the volume of the background music, as it sometimes overpowers your voice a bit. Great work! (The “undoctored audio” bit got me.)

My fav part was when they saw the other car and were so excited to see them and yelled and waved. also for all of you saying that you wold hate to ride with these people personally, that sounds fun to ride with them and I would be laughing so hard. I wonder what their on-ride photo looked like.

This was so accurate and wholesome. Hard to watch as a DCP alumni before COVID, but the truth is appreciated. I wouldn't recommend the current DCP program to anyone, I miss how it was before. I loved my program, but lived offsite, got my preferred role, had my car, and got internship credit. It's not the same now.
