Pity I have booked my holiday up and it coincides with conference. Next year I will look at conference date then book my holiday. Just a couple of thoughts cross branding sensible progression emails marketing materials are great but the best opportunity is to have a local Dwyer Group networking where all brands get together on a local basis and act like a cell of the BNI. Swap ideas leads work together. The power of us all working together to raise funds for the local Ronald McDonald House is enormous. The payback of more than one lone brand working for McDoanlds and their franchisees would be fantastic. We would love to think this would happen anyway but it does not in real life. Getting this off the ground locally is one of my aims for this year. Working together is far better than giving out a few magnets with someones name on. Recruitment is far far more than just spending money, it is an art and needs to be learnt. Staff retention is aligned with leadership. I would love to see the full presentation and learn a bit more. No doubt the slides and presentations will be made available after reunion. Love to of been there and made a positive participation. No I don't want him here he won't shut up I hear you saying.

Jeff, thank you for sharing your idea on the cross marketing. You are correct that local Dwyer Group franchisees working together certainly is an important part of leveraging our brands to best serve our customers. It will take leaders like you in each market for the local networking to happen. We appreciate your willingness to step up and lead that in your market. It will make a difference for you and the other local Dwyer Group brands. We’ll miss you at Reunion this year but will plan on seeing you at the following Reunion.
