Je viens de recommencer à goaler et j'avais jamais remarqué que c'était possible d'attacher la culotte sur le plastron, je viens de l'essayer et wow, life changing. Dernière fois que j'ai goalé, mon plastron était sorti de ma culotte et c'était extrêmement incomfortable et ça m'a facilement sorti de la game à force d'y penser. Merci pour le truc!

Hey great content, i am a new goalie and i was wondering what is the best thing to do if the puck is shot really hard along the glass/ middle, on the bckhand side. is it better to just not play it? should you only play the puck if it is dumped in along the ice? thanks.

key word...breathing. As a goalie all too often I catch myself holding my breath and not breathing. Do you breath short and shallow to activate your sympathetic NS or slow deep to remain as calm as possible?

Can you elaborate on how wingers can receive breakout passes safely without being crushed by a pressing D or opposing F3? ie whether it's better to open up to the pass while skating backwards or skate forward looking backwards while constantly checking for pressure?

I played tonight, had to deal with three breakaways (and a 2 on 0), wish I'd seen this first. Wouldn't have stopped the first one, he just came in and sniped the top corner, but it might have helped on the second and third.
