Whats the point of comparing a 25% cotton paper (hot pressed??) to 100% cotton cold pressed paper? Am I missing something here? Thats not a very fair comparison. And I can already tell you which paper is gonna lose without even watching the video...

Congratulation for you to found a paper that is ideal for you. I'll probably try it out at some point, I still have a lot of paper at the moment. My go to that don't have such high standard prices are Fabriano Rosapina 60% cotton and Tiepollo 100%, these are actually papers for printing art, but also work well for watercolours and are between cold pressed and hot pressed. Vang Provonce 100% Cotton and torchon. Vang Cascade Hot pressed or Fabriano Design no5 50% cotton for hot pressed paper, Otherwise, I also really like Etival from Clairefontaine, a little more expensive than the watercolor paper from Fabriano, but has a surface that is more reminiscent of expensive watercolour papers
