The best dog I've ever had is English pointer/pitbull mix.

We used to have Aspin my mom took care of. Her name is Akira, such a smart and lovable dog my mom cried so much when she died.

i have had 1 who was with me for 12 years, the best pup i ever had, and the best friend i have ever had. loving, sweet, smart, caring, eager to please, snuggly, and just always there for me. i got 2 new ones now, they are puppies. greatest pups ever. i raise my pups to be loving family dogs.

I am a Filipino and I have 4 of my babies that are Aspins. They are the most loyal and lovable dogs ever. It's a shame that most people here in my country treated Aspins as being inferior to other dogs.

I have had one for 5 years we got from the pound when she was about half grown. She is extremely friendly and sensitive, loves saying hello to other Dogs and is fine around our Cats, never shows a single sign of aggression to anything other than birds Lizards and Mice and Rats. Inside the House she just finds somewhere she likes and sets up base, in the yard she likes a game of tug of war. Extremely smart too. A great Dog.

I think I had an Olde English bulldog. I Had her for almost 12 years. We bought her from a breeder thinking that we had an English Bulldog. No A.K.C. ... We paid $1500 for an English bulldog!.. that's all we could afford. She was the best ! I met her parents...huge bulldogs. Most people would say thats' not a bulldog! Its a pitbull mix! . Now I am crying for the last 9 weeks. Realizing an English bulldog is not for me but an Olde English Bully! Bigger and more healthy.
