I like how, after you already jumped down to the catwalk to make for the extraction, the stairs are now in your blind spot as you look up and decide to take a potshot and it's 3...2...1... to complete bedlam which we all knew was coming. You don't have to explore the map with basic equipments :D

Its the mission. If you are serious about the stealth approach its likely easier to come in from the side door.

Having certain quests active can turn this map into a nightmare. The two that you have active here and also the quest to kill EOD troopers, for example (I think it was that one).

Its because you have the "pull the plug" mission, it adds 3 individuals guarding the room along with the 5man patrol. Data Heist puts a 5-man guard in front of the stairs that is usually easy to access from elevator side but if you crouch they should atleast trigger when you get to the 2nd flight of stairs which will allow you to run to the top ramp that will funnel them if they continue to follow you, the funnel will allow you to gun them down hopefully you had a suppressor on and not trigger the 2nd team on the other side that'll come up on the stairs near the door of the data room. Some of the missions add guards or puts a team that was usually on patrol, on stand-by near easy paths instead.

😂 you just need to play more so that you understand the game better. You can't really hide like that right in front of them. It's better to actually keep moving if possible. Only hide for a moment and then move on. Also you went in with the default guns and no extra ammo and no meds. You may have done that on purpose, but that signals to me that you are unprepared and didn't use the combat loadout tab before entering the map. 🙂

You can just go to capella magna, head south and grab that cross that eliminates everything on screen. Takes like 10-15 seconds from start to finish.

glad you enjoy the game! (its alot more fun with other people, strangers r rlly friendly most of the time) also a few protips for solo for on site refining you should pick driller, no need for weird pipes, just drill straight to the jack! you can ping a pipe node that needs to be build with le laser pointer and bosco will build the entire thing! oh and neat little fact, the bugs dont actually attack the pipelines, so just focus on survivng, they break anyway and it just looks like they're attacking it.

Nah. It's actually more the game itself that sucks nowadays.

As always in Deep Rock Galactic hope you don’t mind for a beginner tip when starting out. Keep an eye out for glowing little gems in the wall, they contain condensed minerals. Minerals are for purchasing Mods for guns that you can customize. Test and experiment which mods work best suited for survivability along with hard and challenging assignments!

I wouldn´t say you suck... DRG has a steep learning curve at the beginning, especially when playing solo without greybeards to teach you mechanics and gameplay in general. I´m also late to the party and started a month ago, but I´m playing with friends and also in public lobbies where you can watch and learn - the real gameplay shines in co-op mode when all 4 classes combine their special roles. The game has a very special sense of humor and the attention to detail is fantastic. The community is mostly beginner friendly and very unique "we´re rich, mushroom, etc." - you´ll see what I mean ;). DRG is definitely worth your time and you´ll have a ton of fun once you know how to get things done. "And now get to work, you´re not paid by the hour, miner". Rock and Stone!

Following the mule is the safest way of going back to the pod, thought u have to keep in mind that molly can climb walls an ceilings so molly could use a route where u'd need ur or other classes utilities to reach.

Porta might be better I think but both characters essentially kills everything easily when fully built. Only reason I think porta might be better is that porta might be able to kill the enemies faster in the early game so he will get chests earlier and hence faster but 15 min is 15 min so doesn’t matter at all. Also buying a weapon is gonna make it even faster.
