I agree with everything you said about Flint. I also think Flint is good if you want arrows that are better than the basic wooden arrows, but you don't want to keep blowing away your iron.

tbh pretty sure every biome has 1 rare resource in, Dessert = trees, ice biomes = plants, tropics probaly stone and riverland seems to be metal which is a good idea imo for the game however maybe not so much when it comes to only having one biome atm :P should be fine in phase 2 when dessert/tropics gets flushed out

i search now 12 hours and found 1 x copper and 2x zinc :(
@LubosProchazkaАй бұрын
I have about 500 pieces of zinc and abour 300 pieces of copper in my storage, people just don't know where to find it. You can't expect to find it while on the way to your other activities because the easily visible and frequented areas are of course mined out. Go out of your way to places where there is little reason to go and you will find it.
@bjo9000Ай бұрын
Why do you have so much? What are going to do with it?
@LubosProchazkaАй бұрын
@@bjo9000 We want a few people in the guild to level crafting and it takes a lot of copper and zinc to level armorsmithing and weaponsmithing
@TheHighbornАй бұрын
Here is a reality check for you all. There is plenty of copper and zinc on the map,.you just down know where and when to farm it. I have stacka upon stacks of them. My armour smithing is lvl6.5 with zinc i mined personally. Im also hoarding copper for bronz.

I don't think this will be that big of a problem once we get economy feature up, player shops, auction houses, where we can buy those materials. Currently, it's hard to find them because the demand is high for them and everyone is mining them. I have mined over 100 copper so far and have at least 60 in my inventory that I don't need and would sell if we had such features. There are probably more like me and when it all adds up, the problem would be solved with player interaction

I agree that crafting tiers need to reflect the area tier. Lower tiers need to be more plentiful and higher tiers need to be a little more rare. I am hoping the there will be more available after the Dec update, when the nodes and map enlarge.
@anthonymatulonis4729Ай бұрын
Forgot Granite along with those other Tier 1 Resources One thing no note is they are cramming a huge amount of players into this one region (Riverlands) So this problem is only an Alpha problem, and will get better when the playable area expands into more regions. Right now its 3,000 Concurrent Players for 1 Biome, and on release it will be 10,000 Concurrent players for 18 Biomes, or average 555 Players per Biome compared to 3,000. Yes, they need to fix it for us to test the systems properly during Alpha, so increasing spawn rates, etc. But they will go back to what it is now come release I'm sure because we will literally have 1/6th of the amount of players roaming the Riverlands as we have now.

Pro tip, you can repair your tools at most vendors. Bottom left icon to repair. You will be doing this a lot because the quest gathering tools have trash durability and it's basically impossible to craft the novice tools because copper is a myth...

If Gniess rock are your aim to farm and you can't find many nodes, try farming the Tin nodes they have a very high drop rate for Gniess rocks. (Nearly as high a drop rate and Gnies nodes.

I was trying to make it on very hard and I losing the materials , I preferred lose the materials for the axe than having a lot of pikes but I don’t know if failing the craft is level me up at the same rate that forging pikes? Or there is another method?
